What this website keeps about you

No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Its fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting it does not send your details to anyone else.
When you send the contact form
We keep what you type: your name, business name, mobile number, email, number of Tally companies, city and message. We also keep the date and your IP address, which we use only to stop people flooding the form.
We use these details for one thing: to contact you about WholeFlow. We do not sell them or share them with anyone.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records each request (IP address, page, time and browser). These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted after about two weeks.
Where it is stored
On our own server, rented from Contabo in Germany. Only the WholeFlow team can read the enquiries.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to talk to you about WholeFlow.
Seeing or deleting your details
Send a message through the contact form using the same mobile number or email, say what you want, and we'll reply and do it.
If you become a customer
Your Tally data is kept in a database of its own for your business on our server, and is used only to run WholeFlow for you. WholeFlow only reads from Tally; it never changes your books.
