A small Windows program sits next to TallyPrime. Every few minutes it reads what changed and sends it to your own database. The apps read from there.

Install on the Tally PC
Run one installer. It starts with Windows, runs in the background and needs nobody to open it again.

Pick your companies
Tick the Tally companies to sync. Shops come from Sundry Debtors, suppliers from Sundry Creditors, stock from your stock items.

Hand out the app
Install the Owner app, add your salesmen and decide what each one sees. Everyone signs in with their own login.
What you see on the phone
These are the real Owner and Staff apps. The shop names and amounts are made up.
Overdue past your credit days, not just "unpaid"
Choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. Each receipt clears the oldest bill first, so you see exactly which bills are late and by how many days, shop by shop.
The ledger, with a running balance
Sales, receipts and credit notes for any shop, newest first, each with the balance after it. If the bills don't add up to Tally's balance the app says so instead of hiding it.
Stock without phoning the godown
Closing quantity and value for every item, with low and out-of-stock filters. Purchases and suppliers are there for you; the Staff app shows salesmen quantities only, not your purchase rates.
Your routes, not Tally's groups
Group shops into sites the way your salesmen actually travel: Kumily, Kattappana, Adimali. Each site shows outstanding, sales and collections for the month.
Know your salesmen actually reached the shop
Turn on check-in for the staff who need it. On their visit days the Staff app lists the shops to cover, and a visit only counts when the phone is inside the shop's pin.
- 5 or 10 metre radius for small shops in a crowded market, larger for big ones.
- Fake GPS doesn't work. Check-in is refused while developer options or a mock location app are on.
- You approve the pins. Staff can suggest a shop's location; it counts only after you accept it.
- Optional, per person. Leave it off for the staff you trust to plan their own day.

Common questions
Does WholeFlow change anything in my Tally data?
No. WholeFlow only reads from TallyPrime. Every request it sends to Tally is checked against a read-only list before it leaves the PC, and anything that could write is refused.
Which Tally version do I need?
TallyPrime on a Windows PC, with Client/Server set to Server (or Both). Your company has to be open in Tally while it syncs.
What happens when the Tally PC is switched off?
The phones keep showing the last synced figures with the time they were updated. When the PC and Tally are back, WholeFlow catches up on everything changed in the meantime. Nothing is deleted while Tally is offline.
Can a salesman see every shop?
Only if you allow it. You give each staff member a whole company or just the sites (groups of shops) they cover, and choose whether they can see bills and receipts. The server enforces this, not just the app.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The Owner and Staff apps are for Android phones.
How is WholeFlow priced?
₹600 a month includes your first Tally company, and each additional company is ₹200 a month. That includes the Owner app, the Staff app and the Tally PC program, with no limit on staff logins. Larger businesses can ask us for custom pricing.
